Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet all of the following:

  • The product is 100% brand new — unused, unmarked, and in original condition
  • Original packaging is intact — no tears, writing, tape, or damage
  • Warranty seal (if applicable) is untouched and unbroken
  • Your order and personal details match our records
  • The item hasn’t been damaged by water, heat, misuse, or external factors

We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges if the item doesn’t meet these conditions, based on our assessment.

Return Timeframe

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Requests made outside this window may not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange an item:

  • The replacement must be of equal or higher value.
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll need to cover the difference.
  • If it costs less, we can’t refund the difference.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Reason for the return or exchange
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once approved, we’ll send you instructions for returning the product.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 1–6 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 6 business days:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account again
  2. Contact your card issuer or payment provider
  3. Speak to your bank to check if the refund is pending
